At Google Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, lightly used condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your beauty products in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring all old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
